Goraksāsana

Translation:  Place the two feet, turned upwards, between the knees and thighs, hidden. Cover both heels by the two outstretched hands and contract the throat. Fix gaze on tip of nose. This posture is known as the goraksasana. It is said to give siddhi to the yogis.
