Markatāsana II

Translation: Press the back of the legs with the arms. From behind the knees, hold the big toes and drop the head between the knees,  imitating the shape of a bow.

  • Develops core strength
  • Stimulates the digestive fire and organs
  • Increases digestion and elimination processes
  • Opens the blood flow in the chest and heart region
