Phanindrāsana

 

  (HR-III.13, 65), (SCA-28-29), (SYK-21)   also called Brahmasana-i (HP(ms)-II.120), (JP 344-345).

Translation : Bring the two legs around the neck  and support the body with the hands. Face is turned up.
