Vasistāsana (JP (L) 59) Slokha: Translation:  Bring the soles together. Insert both the hands below the legs and take them out and elbow should touch the knee joint/ Bring the soles above on the head and make fingerlock by joining hands and keep them on the head. Gaze at the tip of the nose.
