(SVY-23) suggests to keep the knees apart, and raise them up to the armpits.

Translation and technique
- Rest the hands on the ground with comfortable (one to two feet) distance between them
- Bend the elbows
- Raise the legs off the ground
- Let the knees touch the respective elbows
- Balance the whole body on the palms
